Tax Manager

Our client is seeking a qualified Tax Accountant, with an understanding of Jersey & Guernsey tax rules, currently working at the Manager level to join their growing team as a Tax Manager. 

Main duties:

• Managing the firm's tax compliance and coordinating the tax advice, both local and international.
• Preparing tax calculations, overseeing tax payments, and processing tax returns.
• Providing advice on managing tax risk whilst supporting business growth.
• Liaising with Tax Leads, external Tax Advisors and Tax Partners.

The desirable candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and understanding of processes and controls, project management, and problem-solving skills. Further to this, knowledge of international tax principles and cross border risk management, with the ability to prioritise multiple assignments to meet deadlines. At times travel and remote working will be required for this role.
