Retail Manager

Are you technically minded and strive for excellent customer service? An energetic and collaborative company is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily operations and undertake administrative tasks, which include monitoring inventory levels and developing business strategies and shop floor management.

Key Duties:

• Replenishing showroom displays and updating prices.
• Managing, motivating, and training staff in new products and sales techniques.
• Supporting the Customer Service Advisor with resolving queries.
• Organising promotions, displays and events.
• Authorising orders for customers and stock replenishment.
• Analysing sales figures and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing a commercial store and its staff, be a team player with a 'can do' attitude, and someone who has the skills to create plans to improve customer service, with the confidence to introduce/implement changes.
