In this role, you'll manage the administration of international pension schemes, including maintaining membership records, processing pension payments, coordinating with clients, banks, and investment managers, calculating member benefits, and handling additional administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal candidates will bring experience in customer service, back-office administration, onboarding, or CDD, though full training will be provided. You should also be comfortable communicating professionally via telephone, email, and in person.
