Senior Finance Manager

Are you an accountant seeking a new challenge? A finance services company is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

• Producing and presenting monthly management accounts to the Board
• Overseeing the production of client accounts which are delivered by another offshore team
• Undertaking forecasting and the development of the annual 3-year strategy
• Delivering insightful analysis and proposals for change
• Managing the team ensuring appropriate mentoring and development are occurring
• Ensuring robust financial systems are in place

For this role, a relevant accounting qualification is preferred, although qualification by experience will be considered. In addition, a background in pensions would be ideal. The ability to analyse, recommend and drive through business change is needed, along with excellent communication skills.
