Onboarding Support Manager

Do you have experience in onboarding? Are you seeking a new challenge? A leading professional services firm is seeking an Onboarding Support Manager. In this role, you will be supporting client-facing teams to use the onboarding systems effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the data quality in the system 
  • Taking part in KYC and other working groups
  • Managing the first-line support to troubleshoot any technical issues on acceptance systems
  • Being responsible for building and overseeing the report writing and management of information systems 
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and engagement teams 
  • Responsibility for ensuring compliance with quality management standards
