File Reviewer

Do you have experience with previous client file review projects, preferably in a banking context? Do you have the ability to read extensive client background/profile documents? If so, this temporary file review role could be the perfect career change for you! For this role, you would ideally be able to start ASAP for a period of 3 months initially, with a view to extending if there is sufficient work. 

Outline of the role:

• Complete periodic client reviews in line with group policy.
• Screening of all relevant partners within the Bank’s systems.
• Reviewing recent transactional activity against the profile of the client.
• Ensuring that client master data is up to date and refreshing client profiles where necessary.
• Considering the risk profile of the account and determining whether it’s still in line following review or needs to be re-evaluated.
• Ensuring that all supporting documentation is in place where required.
