Senior Compliance Officer

Are you an experienced compliance professional? A law firm is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join their team.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Delivering compliance training 
• Acting as the point of contact for the Commission
• Submitting regulatory notifications
• Ensuring all compliance policies and procedures are kept up to date 
• Acting as the MLCO/FCCO 
• Ensuring business risk assessment is kept up to date 
• Investigating any matters of concern
• Preparing quarterly reports 
• Acting as advisory for the firm
