Do you have experience within Trust and are super organised? Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their team.
Key responsibilities
- Administrating a defined client portfolio which may include Trusts, Companies Foundations and Limited Partnerships
- Maintaining client files in an orderly manner ensuring documents are filed correctly
- Undertaking billing and debt collection
- Acquiring monitor and dispose of assets held within your client portfolio in accordance with internal procedures
- Preparing written correspondence
- Undertaking initial review of working papers
Ideally you will have experience in the Trust field and hold or be working towards a professional qualification. A strong client focus is required along with a great attitude to collaborative working. If this sounds interesting, get in touch to register!
