Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing forthcoming regulatory legislation, and how it impacts the business.
- Processing submissions and maintaining the various portals.
- Attending various committees as the compliance representative.
- Identifying and escalating any potential risks within the framework and controls.
- Acting as the named Compliance Officer, Data Protection main contact, and Nominated Officer, progressing to take on the role of MLRO and MLCO.
- Developing relationships and nurturing a culture to promote best practices.
