Employee Benefits Administrator

Do you have English and Maths at GSCE grades A-B? Can you demonstrate good numeracy skills and provide evidence of accuracy? If so, our client is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining membership records.
  • Calculating member benefits.
  • Paying pension and other benefits/expenses.
  • Undertaking Bank account and unit reconciliations.
  • Data Analysis.
  • Liaising with clients, banks, investment managers, and auditors.

Database administration experience is desirable for this role; however, experience of administration/office work where transferable skills can be evidenced will be considered. Full training will also be provided for this role, including the opportunity to study for a professional qualification.
