Employee Benefits Administrator

Do you have English and Maths at GSCE grade C or above? Can you demonstrate good numeracy skills and provide evidence of accuracy? If so, our client is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team, and you could be just the person they are looking for!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining membership records.
  • Calculating member benefits.
  • Paying pension and other benefits/expenses.
  • Undertaking Bank account reconciliations.
  • Liaising with clients, banks, investment managers, and auditors.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and previous experience in administration/office work, however, transferable skills will also be considered. Full training will be provided for this role, including the opportunity to study for a professional qualification.
