Customer Service Administrator

The Customer Service Administrator will assist to provide customer support services to the business within the withdrawals and deposits areas. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Customer support in relation to withdrawal and deposit queries
  • Processing withdrawals of player funds
  • Producing reports relating to withdrawals of player funds
  • Analysing player accounts in relation to withdrawal, deposits and risk rules
  • Processing and monitoring of supporting identification documentation received from players.
  • Other tasks to assist the team as required from time to time.

The desirable candidate will have excellent customer service, organisational and communications skills. They will also be a team player with ability to learn quickly and ideally have previous experience within the gaming industry, however this isn’t essential.
