Corporate Officer - Funds

Do you have listed fund experience? We are seeking a Corporate Officer to join a Fund services company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Taking minutes at board meetings and identifying and monitoring action points 
  • Preparing and sending out board packs 
  • Maintaining insider lists 
  • Maintaining corporate share certificates 
  • Providing administration support to the Directors

Ideally, for this role, you need a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund and company administration, along with a full understanding of company law and governance and although this is a an officer position we also welcome candidates at assistant manager level.
