As Senior Compliance Manager/ MLRO, you will ensure that the company complies with all Guernsey regulatory, money laundering laws & legislations and promote a strong compliance culture for the business which includes guidance and training of all employees.
The desirable candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the local fiduciary laws, rules and regulations, particularly in relation to the AML/CFT Handbook and the practical application of this framework into the business. You will ideally already hold a degree or ICA certificate or diploma, with relevant experience at a senior level.
