Client Services Officer

Can you use your initiative, and work under pressure to tight deadlines? Our client is seeking a Client Services Officer to join their Client Support team to provide an excellent customer service to their clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Participating in relevant meetings
  • Reviewing adherence to policy and procedures and raising any issues
  • Posting service fees
  • Dealing with queries promptly
  • Contributing to staff training programmes

Key criteria:

  • High attention to detail
  • A willing and flexible attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, including being comfortable using video technology
  • Experience in maintaining good client relationships, and delivering a good service
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

Preferably, you will have 3-5 years' Trust or Pension experience and customer service skills. You will need to hold a professional qualification, such as STEP, and be able to be responsible, engage well with clients, and deliver a positive outcome for various cases.
