Client File Reviewer

Do you have experience in a File Review role? Do you have knowledge of Guernsey AML/CFT regulations and trustee/director responsibilities? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you as our client is seeking a Client File Reviewer to join their proactive and ambitious team for 3-6 months! 

Key responsibilities:

• Undertake robust remediation reviews on trust and company entities. 
• Preparing periodic financial crime, fiduciary, and operational reviews on the customer base. 
• Customer Due Diligence reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. 
• Identifying compliance and/or risk issues. 
• Ensuring compliance with company standards. 
• Professional communication of findings to the Client Administrator. 
• Negative media screening.
