The role holder will have a strong academic record and at least 2-5 years post-qualification experience, with ideally previous exposure in Dispute resolution although consideration will also be open to candidates from another area of law, who wish to move into this new area. The ideal person would have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to prioritise their workload and any associated conflicting demands.
