Property Manager (Live In)

Are you looking for a role that offers variety, independence, and the chance to make a real difference every day? We're seeking a proactive and personable Live-In Property Manager to oversee a busy multi-occupancy residential property, providing support to tenants and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site.

You'll be the main point of contact for residents, coordinate maintenance activities, welcome new tenants, liaise with contractors and cleaning teams, and help maintain a safe, well-managed living environment.

This is a unique opportunity to enjoy the convenience of on-site accommodation, including private living space, access to shared kitchen and laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, and bills included. The role offers flexibility to manage your own time, with approximately 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, alongside on-call responsibility.
