Chief Risk Officer

An exciting senior leadership opportunity for an experienced risk executive professional to oversee enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and financial crime frameworks within a regulated banking environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders and the Board, you will provide strategic oversight, strengthen risk governance, and support the achievement of business objectives.

Key Criteria:

• Extensive experience in risk management and governance within banking
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk, compliance and financial crime frameworks
• Experience presenting to Boards and Executive Committees
• Strong understanding of prudential regulation, ICAAP and risk appetite frameworks
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with regulators and managing regulatory relationships
• Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience
