Senior / Data & Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Building reports, tools, and process improvements using data
• Investigating and resolving system and data-related issues
• Analysing trends and identifying practical solutions
• Working with databases, testing, and supporting system enhancements
• Collaborating with teams to improve efficiency and performance
• Communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Criteria:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A logical, detail-focused approach
• Experience with, or an interest in, Excel, SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong academic background in a technical, analytical, or numerate subject, or equivalent experience
