CDD Analyst
A well-established independent fiduciary business is looking to recruit an experienced CDD Analyst to strengthen its compliance function. This is a permanent opportunity offering flexible working arrangements.
You will play a key role in maintaining regulatory standards by conducting client due diligence reviews, ensuring records remain compliant, and supporting the firm's wider risk and compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
- Analysing client information and identifying any compliance gaps.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date due diligence records.
- Producing high-quality compliance reports and documentation.
- Assisting with sanctions screening and related reviews.
- Supporting the development and enhancement of compliance processes and procedures.
Key Criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years' hands-on CDD experience, including enhanced due diligence reviews.
- Experience working within compliance or AML, ideally within the fiduciary sector.
- Strong understanding of the GFSC Handbook and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and analytical ability.
- A confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
