We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager MLCO & CO to lead compliance oversight, financial crime prevention, and risk management within a fast-paced and professional financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and enhancing the compliance monitoring programme and financial crime risk framework.
• Providing expert guidance on AML, CFT, sanctions, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Preparing reports to senior management and governance committees.
• Managing regulatory relationships, audits, inspections, and compliance-led projects.
• Developing, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing compliance team.

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior compliance leadership role within financial services.
• Previous management experience and a track record of leading and developing teams.
• Must have held prescribed positions such as MLCO and/or MLRO.
• ICA Diploma (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT requirements and the Guernsey regulatory framework.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
