New Business - Senior Manager

Are you ready to lead the full lifecycle of new business onboarding, from initial enquiry through to client outcome? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager – New Business to lead a key function across Guernsey, Jersey or London, ensuring the highest regulatory and operational standards.

You will drive onboarding excellence, working closely with Compliance and Risk teams to enhance processes, improve systems, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the end-to-end client onboarding process.
• Driving process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiency.
• Overseeing KYC, AML, and client due diligence reviews.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, advisers, and business teams.
• Mentoring, developing, and leading a high-performing team.
• Providing reporting and insights on onboarding activity and trends.

About You:

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, KYC, AML, regulatory requirements, and sector risks.
• Excellent reporting, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of data security and risk management principles.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Recognised professional qualification.
