Marketing Manager

A Retail Marketing Manager is required to plan and deliver local and in-store marketing activity across a network of retail locations. This includes campaign coordination, supporting new store openings, managing local marketing initiatives, and acting as a key link between central marketing functions and front-line teams.

This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially focused individual who can manage multiple priorities and help drive performance across sites, with some travel involved.

Key criteria:

  • Experience managing campaigns from planning through to execution, ideally within retail or multi-location environments
  • Demonstrated success delivering local marketing initiatives that support commercial performance
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Confident communicator with a commercially aware and analytical approach
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Flexibility to travel as required
