Engagement & Communications Manager

A fast-growing, global financial services organisation is seeking an Engagement and Communications Senior Manager based in Guernsey, Jersey, or the UK to drive culture, connection, and communication across the business. Working within a dynamic, people-focused team, you’ll lead engagement campaigns, shape internal messaging, and turn employee insight into meaningful action.
You’ll design and deliver engaging communications, lead employee listening initiatives, and partner with senior stakeholders to support change and transformation. Using data, digital tools, and creativity, you’ll continuously enhance how employees connect and experience the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-jurisdiction engagement, communications, HR or marketing, strong content creation and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to turn insights into action. A background in employee engagement or internal communications is essential.
