An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Facilities Manager based in Guernsey or Jersey to join a growing private financial services group.
You will lead a multi-jurisdictional workplace strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations while delivering key office projects, including sourcing, negotiating, fit-outs, and relocations. You will ensure high standards, regulatory compliance, and effective control of the Group facilities budget, while driving the operational performance of offices across the portfolio. This role offers exposure to diverse locations and teams, with regular travel.

- Strong experience in facilities and workplace management
- Proven track record delivering office relocations and fit-outs
- Expertise in budget, supplier, and lease management
- Solid project management across multiple locations
- Good knowledge of health & safety and compliance
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
