Client Services Executive
Are you great at delivering exceptional client service while keeping operations running smoothly? We’re hiring a Client Services Executive to join a forward-thinking financial services organisation. In this fast-paced role, you’ll support the relationship managers with administration, client portfolios, processing key transactions, and maintaining a high standard of service throughout the client journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as a main point of contact for client queries
- Processing payments, FX, and securities transactions
- Supporting onboarding and documentation checks
- Maintaining records and assisting with KYC/CDD compliance reviews
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Close attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive, client-focused mindset
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Compliance Level 4 qualification (or willingness to study)
