• Leading, engaging, and developing the team
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Supporting profit growth and controlling costs
• Maintaining legal compliance and store standards
• Ensuring great availability and stock management
• Recruiting, training, and motivating colleagues
• Supporting community, charity, and environmental initiatives

Key Criteria:

• 4+ years’ retail experience
• Level 3 CMI qualification or higher 
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to maximise sales while delivering excellent service
• Knowledge of retail legislation and cost management
