Passenger Services Supervisor
Are you self-motivated with an exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills? Our client is seeking a Passenger Services Supervisor to join their team, ensuring compliance, standards, and capability, while coaching and supervising new staff in line with company procedures under the direction of the Managers.
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting customers at the front desk.
- Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and empathetically, directing them to the appropriate resolution.
- Completing end-of-day cashing up and handing over to the Manager.
- Ensuring all activities are performed safely and legally, following company procedures.
- Holding regular team briefings to share daily objectives, updates, and procedural changes.
- Coordinating with other carriers and authorities as part of daily duties.
Key criteria:
- Proactive approach to all responsibilities, working independently, and meeting set deadlines.
- Self-motivation and professionalism, with the ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Flexibility with working hours as required.
- Maintaining a calm and understanding demeanour, able to handle questions effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Skilled in using office software.
