Company Secretarial Officer
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading provider of wealth services, is seeking a Temporary or Permanent candidate to support corporate governance and company secretarial functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing materials and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, including insurance and company law.
- Managing confidential corporate documentation, filings, and authorised signatory registers.
- Supporting governance frameworks and internal administrative procedures.
Key criteria:
- 2+ years in a corporate or financial services environment, ideally with company secretarial exposure.
- Familiarity with Guernsey regulatory systems and board management tools (e.g. Diligent or Board Intelligence) is preferred.
- Comfortable using governance platforms and MS Office.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Confident communicator who works well independently and across teams.
- Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused with a strong sense of initiative.
