Main Duties:
- Acting as the main point of contact for a diverse client portfolio, delivering a high level of professional service
- Coordinating and attending board meetings, preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and resolutions
- Liaising with legal, accounting, and investment professionals to support client transactions
- Handling documentation related to investment activity and corporate actions
- Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance for both you and your team
Key Criteria:
- At least 2 years’ experience in company administration, fund administration, or a company secretarial role
- A proactive mindset, excellent organisational skills, and strong communication abilities
- No qualifications are required; however, the ideal candidate should hold, be willing to study, or be studying towards CGI or equivalent.
