Senior Administrator, Finance

Do you have at least 1 year’s experience in a finance department, ideally with previous purchase ledger systems experience? Are you organised with the ability to work under your own initiative? Our client, an international bank, is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their team!

In this role, you will be maintaining the purchase ledger in line with policies and procedures, processing vendor payments and dealing with queries, and producing weekly reconciliations. The role also involves preparing daily bank reports, maintaining system interest rates, managing petty cash, assisting with month-end close, and supporting audits by collating required documentation.

For this role, you will need to be organised and able to work under pressure, with good communication skills to be capable of liaising with management, employees, and external auditors and vendors. You will also need experience with Microsoft Office..
