Finance Clerk
Are you looking for a convenient out-of-town role with on-site parking? If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! Our client is seeking a versatile Finance Clerk to support the Finance Officer in maintaining accurate financial and management accounting records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and processing payments and invoices
- Reconciling month-end statements
- Handling claims processing
- Monitoring credit control and resolving purchase order issues
- Liaising with suppliers and department managers
- Providing general administrative support to the Senior Finance team as needed
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, have a strong analytical mindset, and preferably have some experience in credit control and managing payables ledgers. Familiarity with SAGE or a similar accounting system is desirable but not essential.
This role is also well-suited to A-Level students, graduates pursuing a career in accountancy, or individuals with a background in finance or accounting looking to grow their experience. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong communication skills are essential to thrive in this position.
