Customer Service Manager

Would you like to be a Customer Services Manager at our Library? Can you lead a passionate frontline team, delivering outstanding customer service?

This is a permanent, full-time position (36 hrs p/w). 

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, support staff development, and create a welcoming, safe environment for all.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and excellent communication skills and will be committed to offering exceptional customer service directly and via the wider team that they will support and oversee. Experience in libraries, retail, or public-facing roles is essential.
