Publications and Documentations Officer
Do you have experience in the production of documents and publications? An international finance firm is seeking a Publication and Document Officer to join their growing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the design and production of documents, including booklets, reports, and presentations
- Helping with the company blog and social media posts
- Updating and production of documents, newsletters
- Designing artwork for adverts, posters, and marketing material
- Producing videos using PowerPoint, and other software
Ideally, you need relevant qualifications or experience in the use of design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop. In addition, a basic knowledge of PowerPoint would also be desirable, but not essential. Importantly, you must be able to work quickly and accurately on documents and be flexible in your approach.
