Marketing Manager

In this role, you will work alongside the Marketing and Communications Director and a broader team to deliver marketing services to the firm. You will also have the potential to travel between our neighboring islands and develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing a local media schedule whilst building strong relationships.
• Being responsible for the Marketing team's delivery of quarterly marketing analytics.
• Collaborating with Recruitment Marketing and supporting the effective delivery of Recruitment Marketing campaigns.

Essential Skills:

• Evidence of a professional marketing qualification (degree level or otherwise).
• Understanding and working within high brand compliance standards.
• Creative and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
