Relationship Manager

Are you an experienced banking professional seeking a temporary opportunity? Our client, a respected Private Banking Corporation, is looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with at least five years of banking experience, available for a longer-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing client transactions, including payment processing, authorisations, securities, foreign exchange, and money market activity
• Maintaining and updating KYC systems with client activity
• Completing periodic client reviews with accuracy and within deadlines
• Supporting Relationship Managers in resolving outstanding deficiencies
• Processing trigger events and handling general account administration

To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid understanding of the Guernsey regulatory environment and proven experience in a banking setting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a professional and detail-oriented approach. You should be confident using Microsoft Office, have a proactive mindset, and have the ability to manage tasks independently will also be key to your success in this role.
