Client Services Executive

Are you a strong communicator looking for an opportunity in customer service? Our client, an international bank, is looking for a customer services executive who will assist in dealing with the clients' daily banking and custody requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing support with day-to-day client service
• Interacting with clients to address inquiries, conducting follow-up calls, and coordinating online banking activations
• Supporting projects and handling large-scale system tasks as they come up
• Recognizing opportunities to cross-sell and upsell the bank's products and services and collaborating with Relationship Managers to convert these leads

Key criteria:

• Strong proficiency in IT
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and adaptability to change and the unexpected
• Previous experience in a banking role is desirable but not required
• Good teamworking skills
