Legal Secretary

Can you respond to changing circumstances and manage a varied workload?  A legal firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to support our lawyers in a busy, deadline-driven environment.

You’ll help ensure operations run smoothly by preparing legal documents, managing files, coordinating billing, and handling client communication.

Key duties include document drafting, diary and travel management, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll also liaise with clients, assist with projects, and provide cover when needed.

You should be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills, able to work independently and prioritise effectively. Strong IT skills are essential.
