Receptionist/PA
Are you an organised multitasker with at least 2 years’ experience in general administration? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? Are you confident in greeting guests and coordinating front-desk operations with professionalism and warmth? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors, issuing passes, and providing front-desk reception cover
- Managing the switchboard, handling incoming calls and messages efficiently
- Booking meeting rooms, travel, taxis, and accommodation as needed
- Supporting the HR team and executive committee with a variety of ad-hoc tasks
- Assisting with operational projects, systems development, and testing
We’re looking for a proactive self-starter with strong multitasking and time management skills. You should be tech-savvy, proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, and able to set a positive example for others. Reception experience is preferable.
