Assistant Manager

Key Duties:
- Coordinating payments, invoices, investment switches, billing, and cash/debtor collection
- Leading and mentoring junior team members—driving performance and personal development
- Managing deadlines and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of client requirements
- Drafting minutes to formalise key Trustee decisions
- Reviewing legal and tax advice to support decision-making
- Taking part in ad-hoc projects, onboarding new clients, and contributing to business deadlines
- Handling HR matters as needed and attending client meetings, potentially off-island
The successful candidate will be someone who understands trust principles, is proactive, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have excellent communication and people management skills, and be confident working both independently and as part of a team.
