Senior Compliance Manager

Are you a compliance specialist with 7 years of experience in financial services? As Senior Compliance Manager, if you have prior experience of holding an MLRO and MLCO prescribed role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the day-to-day management of members of the team and the effective management of workloads.
• Ensure knowledge of compliance is up to date with recent developments and changes to legislation to provide a first-class advisory service.
• Ensure the compliance monitoring programmes are conducted on schedule following the monitoring plans.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to other team members.

For this role, you will need up to 7 or more years' of professional experience in a similar compliance or technical role, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
