Associate - Financal Services

A leading law firm is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Associate to join their Financial Services Law department, to provide legal advice relating to corporate and commercial law, investment funds, general financial services, insurance, and reinsurance. 

Main responsibilities:

• Providing legal support to the partners and advising on various legal matters.
• Ensuring all clients receive a high quality, timely, and professional service.
• Supporting new ventures and seeking ways to develop their services.
• Reviewing legal documentation.
• Promoting and seeking opportunities for business development.
• Responsibility for a range of activities, to build the firm's know-how and external reputation through seminars/writing of articles/presentations etc.

The desirable candidate will be client focused, have a recognised legal qualification, with 0-2 years post qualification experience, have strong organisational/time management skills, and be able to prioritise and work independently, whilst managing your workload effectively.
