Pensions Administrator/Trainee
Are you an experienced administrator or a student ready to take the next step? A leading international finance firm is looking for a dedicated Administrator to join their Pensions Team, supporting both processing and member services.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing the administration of international pension schemes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate membership records, processing pension payments, liaising with clients, banks, and investment managers, calculating member benefits, and assisting with the acquisition and liquidation of assets.
We welcome candidates with customer service experience, ideally in pensions, funds, trusts, or banking. Students with GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English are also encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided.
Strong communication and numeracy skills, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
