We will review the roles, levels, qualifications and experience of each of your current staff members and quote a market salary for each person. This can either be conducted at a face-to-face meeting with you, by email or over the phone, and can be for individual staff as the need arises, or for your entire workforce when it’s time for annual pay reviews.
Once we’ve received details of a role and level, and/or a staff member’s qualifications and experience, we can provide an accurate current market salary, availability of similar candidates, cost of replacement, etc.
