Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification (with 10+ years PQE)
• Significant senior finance leadership experience
• Board-level commercial expertise
• Strong planning, forecasting, and cash flow management skills
• Proven experience leading business improvement and change initiatives
