• Building and developing relationships with clients and professional intermediaries.
• Acting as a trusted adviser and leading client meetings.

• Monitoring profitability, WIP, and fee collection.
• Managing risk and ensuring strong governance standards.

Key Criteria:

• Significant experience managing trust and corporate structures.
• Strong technical knowledge of the fiduciary and wealth management sector.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.

• Commercially focused with a proactive approach.
• STEP, CGI/ICSA or equivalent qualification preferred.
