This varied role involves reviewing and reviewing contracts, supporting board decision-making, managing complex legal issues, and supervising and developing members of the legal team.

Key requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 4+ years' PQE.
• Experience within financial services, fiduciary, corporate services, regulatory, commercial, or in-house legal environments.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and build effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting boards and mentoring junior legal professionals.
