Group Tax Partner Associate

We're working with a growing organisation seeking a Group Assistant Tax Business Partner to join its tax team in Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man, or London. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a varied client portfolio, broaden your technical expertise, and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of trust and company clients, ensuring tax compliance and reporting obligations are met.
• Preparing and reviewing a range of tax returns and reporting requirements.
• Assisting with technical tax queries and complex tax matters.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues and professional advisers.
• Reviewing work and supporting the development of junior team members.
• Assisting with billing, fee quotations, and workflow management.
• Supporting process improvements and monitoring compliance deadlines.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years' relevant tax experience.
• Strong UK tax knowledge, with exposure to other jurisdictions an advantage.
• ATT, STEP, ACCA, or similar qualification preferred.
• CTA studies underway, or willingness to pursue further qualifications.
• Experience with trusts, companies, or fiduciary structures is desirable.
• Strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
