Senior Trust Manager
Join a private and independent fiduciary services business supporting an international client base. Reporting to a Director, the Senior Trust Manager will lead and develop trust administration teams, manage complex client relationships, drive operational performance, and support business growth while ensuring exceptional client service and regulatory compliance.
Key Criteria:
- STEP, ICSA or similar professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 10 years' trust industry experience
- Strong trust and company administration knowledge
- Proven client service and client engagement experience
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage team performance, targets and deadlines
- Previous management experience essential
