As an Analyst, you'll play a key role in assessing lending opportunities, conducting due diligence, producing credit recommendations, managing portfolio activity, and supporting transactions from origination through to completion. Working within a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you'll be leveraging technology, enhancing processes, and contributing to significant real estate transactions while developing your expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Key Criteria:
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience within lending, real estate finance, or credit analysis, or risk (desirable)
- Familiarity with AI tools, technology, and process automation
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel when required
- Regulatory knowledge
- ACA, CFA, or RICS qualification (or working towards) beneficial
